Pat rump roast dry with paper towels
Sprinkle beef rub over all sides and rub into meat
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Add roast to Dutch oven or braising pan with 1 cup of liquid (beef broth or water). Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Allow roast to rest for 10 minutes before slicing
Slice, serve and enjoy!
