The meat will arrive frozen in a 1.5 inch thick Styrofoam Cooler with gel ice packs enclosed in a box. Please open immediately and place in the freezer.
If you wish to cook the meat please remove the butcher paper and keep it in the vacuum seal bags until it is defrosted. There are many ways to defrost beef. Please choose your preferred manner.
