Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 1 - 2 pounds Flat Iron Steak
  • Kosher salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Salt your flat iron steak on both sides, let sit, uncovered for 15 minutes
  • Heat your grill on high
  • Grill your steak on the first side for five minutes without touching. After five minutes, flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Transfer steak to plate, coat with pepper, to taste. Let rest for five minutes.
  • Slice across the grain and enjoy!
