Grilled Flat Iron Steak
- 1 - 2 pounds Flat Iron Steak
- Kosher salt To taste
- Salt your flat iron steak on both sides, let sit, uncovered for 15 minutes
- Heat your grill on high
- Grill your steak on the first side for five minutes without touching. After five minutes, flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer steak to plate, coat with pepper, to taste. Let rest for five minutes.
- Slice across the grain and enjoy!
